About Us
At Therapy Alliance Group (TAG), we place you at the heart of everything we do. While we prefer to focus on you (because your journey and progress are what truly matter to us) here’s a glimpse into our story so you can get to know us better.
Our Journey
TAG began in 2004 in Brisbane under the name Chatterbugs, initially providing speech pathology services exclusively for children. In 2012, we opened in Toowoomba and quickly recognised the challenges local families faced in accessing therapy services. Many were travelling 2-3 hours just for a session—something we knew had to change. This led to our rebranding as Therapy Alliance Group and the introduction of Occupational Therapy in 2017 and then added Physiotherapy as well in 2018.
Since then, we’ve been on a mission to identify and address gaps in allied health services across South East Queensland. With six clinics now in operation and telehealth services available nationwide, our commitment to accessibility and excellence remains unwavering.
